Sink and tap retailer, Sinks-Taps.com has launched a new customer service tool that allows customers to find answers to their questions in “real time”.
As part of the customer focused offering, visitors to the Sinks-Taps.com website will be able to communicate with a Sinks-Taps.com representative in an instant messaging facility.
Visitors using the Live Chat service will be able to contact Sales, After Sales, Accounts and Order Tracking departments for product information, payment queries, expected delivery times and after sales support.
Marketing Manager Laura Shimells, who was recently recruited in September of this year said: “This service is another option customers can choose from to contact us. Unlike other retailers, we actively encourage visitors to get in touch, from simply asking what is on offer to providing technical support to customers choosing the right tap for their water system.
“Sometimes visitors browsing the website cannot or may choose not to call us. The Live Chat facility gives visitors the opportunity to contact us online, receive instant answers and talk to a representative outside normal office hours.”
Sinks-Taps.com is the UK’s largest online retailer of sinks and taps, selling to over 30,000 customers per year and is celebrating its 10 year anniversary this year.

Office Manager Promotion at KAD Limited
KAD Limited has promoted Victoria Dando to Office Manager due to the continued expansion of their customer service and sales team at Leeds based sink and tap retailer.
Victoria will be responsible for driving forward the high standards of customer service KAD Limited excels in and will be responsible for meeting sales targets. Victoria is a dedicated member of staff and has a willingness to progress the departments she manages, she is a very focused individual who will always strive to exceed in anything that is given to her.
Victoria has worked for the company for 4 years, working in both the sales and customer service teams along with dealing with various suppliers and manufacturers.
